How long does the application take?
Most applicants finish in under fifteen minutes. We pull credit and run screening through TransUnion's SmartMove; decisions land within 48 hours, often same-day.
What's the security deposit?
For most homes, one month's rent for qualified applicants. Up to two months when credit is below 650 and a co-signer isn't an option. Always disclosed on the listing.
Do you allow pets?
Yes — most homes accept up to two pets. We charge $50/month per pet rather than a one-time deposit. Service and emotional support animals are not pets and have no charge.
How fast do you respond to maintenance?
Under four hours during business days, with a real person on the other end. Emergencies (no heat, water leaks, lockouts) route to our 24/7 line and get a tech dispatched same day.
Can I tour without an agent?
Absolutely — most of our homes offer self-tours weekdays 8 AM–8 PM after a quick ID verification. Saturday tours are agent-led and bookable online.
What's your renewal policy?
We send renewal offers 75 days before lease end. AB-1482-eligible homes follow the statutory cap; rent-stabilized homes follow LA's RSO cap. Numbers are always shown next to the prior rent.
